Lisa Said (pron. Sa’yeed) is a musician and songwriter who grew up Egyptian in Tennessee... yearning to get out. She learned how to play guitar and bass hanging out with punks, hippies, and rock & rollers after college living up and down the East Coast. Eventually while living in Washington D.C., she recorded most of her solo music which is riddled with nostalgia and mashups of her musical past.
